| Over 1,400 riders completed our Rider Survey in May. We were very pleased that 99% of our riders stated they are Very Satisfied or Satisfied with SWT service.
We found that 52% live in Eden Prairie, 14% in Chaska, 11% in Chanhassen, with 23% living in other cities.
52% of our riders are female and 58% having a household income of over $75,000.
77% said they would drive alone if the bus were not available, showing once again the value SWT provides in relieving traffic congestion and helping the environment by taking so many vehicles off the roads.
